and got the answers she needed fast.

“CCP gave me hope and direction when I felt powerless.” – Dawn T.

Welcome to

Chrysalis Community Partners (CCP)

Chrysalis Community Partners (CCP) was established by a team of seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in correctional administration and healthcare operations. The organization was founded with a clear mission: to break the cycle of incarceration by addressing the underlying causes of recidivism and fostering meaningful connections between justice-involved individuals and the communities they reenter.

CCP’s leadership includes individuals with over 50 years of combined experience, ranging from frontline correctional roles to executive-level oversight. This lived and learned expertise provides a rare dual perspective on the operational complexities and human dimensions of the criminal justice system. With advanced academic training in both business and law, CCP’s leadership is uniquely positioned to guide transformative solutions with a balanced approach rooted in practical experience and strategic vision.

Who We Are

Chrysalis Community Partners is powered by Correctional Adjustment Partners (CAP)—three principal leaders with over 75 years of combined experience in local, state, federal, and reentry settings. Together,
we bring deep operational knowledge and a shared belief: reentry doesn’t begin at the gate—
it begins the day someone enters the system.

Our Mission

To create a healthy, drug-free, safe, and secure environment.
We provide centralized access to services that address the social determinants of health—empowering justice-involved individuals through treatment, education, and vocational training. Our goal is to equip participants with the tools they need to rebuild their lives and reenter the community with confidence and purpose.

Our Vision

We envision a future where recidivism is the exception, not the norm—a future shaped by second chances, smarter systems, and supportive communities. Through evidence-based programming, compassionate care, and real-world solutions, CCP is committed to enhancing the community corrections environment while removing barriers to reentry.
